Each listing is delivered in an organised folder. The standard scope covers one residential property of up to seven bedrooms within a 20 km radius of East London city centre. Photo quantities and video length and formats are agreed before your retainer starts. One consolidated round of minor edits per listing is included.

Prices are in South African rand and cover the standard scope. Additional standard properties are charged at your tier’s per-property rate, subject to availability. Properties with more than seven bedrooms and travel beyond the included 20 km radius are quoted separately before booking.
Retainer rates are separate from the current R950 once-off promotion. Choose a retainer for ongoing monthly capacity and priority booking. Promotional prices do not change an agreed retainer rate.

01 · Set up
Agree the monthly scope.
Choose a tier and confirm your agency and billing details. We record the start date, agreed deliverables and three-month initial term in writing, then nominate your booking contact.
02 · WhatsApp or phone
Send each property through.
WhatsApp or call 082 521 0875 at least 24 hours before your preferred shoot time. Send the address, bedroom count, agent contact and access arrangements. Jarod confirms availability, the slot and any extra cost before booking.
03 · Receive your media
Get your listing ready.
Receive the agreed edited files within the standard 48-hour window after the completed shoot. Your team handles uploads and publishing; billing follows the monthly agreement.

Clear scope from the start
Know what your retainer covers.
Before every shoot
- One residential property at one address per included listing, with up to seven bedrooms. More than seven bedrooms, multiple dwellings or unusual scope may increase the price; any surcharge is agreed before booking.
- The included area is a 20 km radius of East London city centre. Travel outside that radius is quoted separately and approved before booking.
- The property must be ready, accessible and authorised for photography and filming.
- Book at least 24 hours ahead. Weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling; Jarod confirms any revised delivery timing.
Outside the standard scope
- Cleaning, staging, repairs, virtual staging and major digital alterations.
- Portal uploads, social publishing, paid advertising and ad spend.
- Raw files, major re-edits, additional versions and return visits outside the agreed scope.
- Unlimited revisions, guaranteed drone flights or guaranteed same-day availability.
Simple retainer terms
Term, renewal and cancellation
The retainer starts on the agreed date and runs for an initial three months. It then continues month to month. Give one calendar month’s written notice by WhatsApp or email to cancel; notice can be given during the initial term to end at its expiry. The notice period runs from receipt, with any part-month final fee and allowance agreed in writing. No new fixed term is imposed automatically.
Where section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act applies, you may instead cancel early on 20 business days’ recorded notice or end the fixed term at expiry without a cancellation penalty. Any lawful early-cancellation charge must be reasonable and explained; the remaining contract value is not automatically charged. Applicable consumer rights take precedence over these terms.
Monthly billing and listing allowance
The monthly fee reserves your selected allowance and is invoiced at the start of each billing month, payable within seven days. Your billing month begins on the agreed start date. Agency-unused listings expire at the end of that month and do not normally roll over. Extra standard properties use your tier’s per-property rate and must be booked subject to availability. Your agreed rate stays fixed for the initial three months; later changes require advance written agreement.
Confirmed shoots that Wide Angle cannot complete, including weather or safety postponements, are carried forward without using the following month’s allowance. If they cannot be completed before the agreement ends, the unused portion is credited or refunded at your tier’s per-property rate.
Moving a shoot, weather and drone work
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a shoot. Rebooking is subject to availability. A property that is not ready or cannot be accessed may need a separately quoted return visit. There is no automatic full-package cancellation charge.
Weather or safety postponements are rescheduled without an additional shoot fee. Drone footage depends on safe flying conditions, permissions and airspace access. If only the drone element is unavailable, the ground media can still be delivered; any later drone visit and cost are agreed first. A drone-only postponement does not count as a second full-property allowance.
Delivery, revisions and use of files
The standard turnaround is 48 hours after the completed shoot. Send one consolidated list of minor edit requests within seven days of delivery; that round is included. Major changes, new versions and re-shoots are agreed and quoted separately. Corrections of Wide Angle errors do not use up your included revision round.
After payment, your agency may use the delivered media to market that property on portals, social platforms and its website. No resale or transfer to another agency without written agreement. Raw files and editable project files are excluded. Download and back up your delivery; files are retained for 90 days after delivery.

How much does the retainer cost?
Essential is R4,400 per month for 4 properties (R1,100 each); Growth is R8,000 for 8 (R1,000 each); Partner is R11,400 for 12 (R950 each). The initial term is three months. Properties above seven bedrooms, extra locations and travel beyond the 20 km radius are quoted separately.
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
The standard delivery window is 48 hours after the completed shoot. If weather or access prevents part of the shoot, Jarod confirms the revised timing with you. Minor revisions follow a separately confirmed edit schedule.
Is drone footage included with every property?
Drone coverage is included where conditions permit. Wind, rain, safety, permissions, airspace or the location may prevent flying. Ground media can still be delivered. If a separate drone visit is needed, Jarod agrees the timing and any cost with you first.
How do we book, and what does priority mean?
WhatsApp or call Jarod on 082 521 0875 with at least 24 hours’ notice. Include the address, bedroom count and preferred time. Retainer clients get preferred access to available slots, but a date is only booked once confirmed and existing bookings are respected.
What if we have more or fewer listings in a month?
Additional standard listings use your tier’s per-property rate, subject to availability. Agency-unused allowance expires monthly. Confirmed shoots postponed by Wide Angle or unsuitable weather carry forward separately from the next month’s allowance.
Are travel and revisions included?
The package covers a 20 km radius of East London city centre and houses with up to seven bedrooms. One consolidated round of minor revisions per listing is included when requested within seven days. Larger properties, additional travel and work outside the scope are quoted before you commit.
Why is the R950 promotion different?
The R950 once-off package is a current promotion. A retainer provides an ongoing monthly allowance, priority booking and monthly invoicing. Essential works out to R1,100 per property, Growth to R1,000 and Partner to R950. Promotional rates are separate from your agreed retainer.
How long is the commitment?
There is an initial three-month term, followed by month-to-month renewal. Give one calendar month’s written cancellation notice by WhatsApp or email, including during the initial term for an end at expiry. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available; see the retainer terms above.
Do you upload our listings or manage social media?
The retainer supplies property media files for your team. Portal uploads, social publishing, paid advertising and ad spend are not included.
