From shoot to listing: my guaranteed 48-hour delivery

There’s a question I’m hearing from agents that matters just as much as the price: “How long until I get everything back?”
Fair question. If you’ve arranged access, prepared the property and made time for a shoot, you want to know when you can get on with the listing.
My answer at Wide Angle is clear: edited property photos and video delivered within 48 hours of the completed shoot, guaranteed. Here’s what that means in practice.
The clock starts after the shoot
The delivery period starts when the property shoot is finished. It doesn’t start when you first enquire or when we agree on a date.
For example, if a shoot finishes at 11am on a Tuesday, the 48-hour deadline is 11am on Thursday. You don’t have to interpret “soon” or wonder whether I mean sometime the following week.
Booking notice is separate. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange a shoot, and the date still needs to be confirmed with me. Sending a preferred date is an enquiry, not an automatic booking.
We get the details straight beforehand
I need the address, preferred date and a brief idea of the property. Let me know who is arranging access and whether you’re the homeowner or working through an agency.
If there’s a separate flat, several buildings or something unusual about the brief, mention it upfront. It’s easier to plan the job properly when I know what we’re photographing.
Preparation matters too. My property shoot checklist covers the basics, from clearing counters to making sure we can access every room.
The shoot is followed by editing
Once the shoot is complete, the photos and video need to be prepared for delivery. That includes the editing needed to present the property clearly and consistently.
The guarantee covers both the edited photos and the video included in your booking. It isn’t a promise to send a handful of previews and leave you waiting for the rest.
A clear delivery deadline means you can plan the next step instead of chasing an update.
Your files arrive through Google Drive
I send a Google Drive link for you to download the finished media. Make sure the right person in the agency has the link, especially if someone else is handling the listing or social media.
If you have trouble opening or downloading something, tell me. And if you spot anything you need to discuss after delivery, send me a clear note so I can understand the request.
Plan the listing with the deadline in mind
If you want to launch on a particular day, tell me when you enquire. We can look at the shoot date and delivery window together. It’s much easier to plan ahead than to discover a deadline after the shoot.
I’ve been photographing properties for six years, and this is one part of the service I want to keep very straightforward: you know what you’re booking and when you’ll receive it.
